Where does LUMOIR ship?

  • LUMOIR ships to addresses in the fifty United States, excluding P.O. boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How do I track my order?

  • You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships.
  • You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

How quickly will my order arrive?

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Items ordered and paid for will ship after 2-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. We primarily ship through UPS. After leaving our facility, UPS typically delivers in 2-5 business days.
  • Once the package has left LUMOIR and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors.
  • Orders are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed. Ground delivery takes 2-5 business days after UPS receives your order.
  • Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of product or website.
  • After shipping, please allow another 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.

What are LUMOIR’s shipping rates?

  • We offer free shipping in the U.S. on all orders over $50

What is the return policy?

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All ingredients and information are disclosed on each product page.
  • We accept returns for damaged goods up to 3 days after receiving your order. Please email orders@lumoirskincare.com for further assistance.

What are your shipping options?

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 in the US
  • In the US, we offer these additional options for when you need it sooner: Expedited (2-3 business days after processing) & Express (2 business days after processing)
