Product

This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and are safe to use for the duration of their 12 month shelf-life. Our products are truly natural, vegan, and cruelty-free. They contain no synthetic ingredients— this includes no dyes, no fragrances, and no synthetic preservatives.

Our products are safe to use during pregnancy; however we acknowledge every pregnancy is different and for that reason we recommend always discussing your product selection with your physician.

Never. LUMOIR products are vegan and not tested on animals.

Our products typically have a shelf life of 12 months as they do not have any preservatives. Due to the natural ingredients, we recommend keeping your products away from extreme temperatures and keeping out of direct sunlight.

Yes, all of our products are made in the United States; however, we do outsource higher quality ingredients from other European countries.

We are committed to nontoxic and eco-friendly practices. As we are a growing brand, we are continuing our dedication to sourcing more eco-friendly packaging including our upcoming change to glass bottles.

Our products work well with all skin types, age, and gender.

Our products contain many ingredients that have been certified organic. While we do use organic ingredients wherever possible, there are many beneficial ingredients that come from fantastic sources that haven’t yet been certified.

Orders

LUMOIR’s business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time). As we are a small brand with a growing team, please allow time for your response. We are working diligently to help you with any questions or urgent matters you might have.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. All orders are charged in $USD.

When you place an order, you will view a receipt page containing an order confirmation number. A copy of your receipt will also be sent to the email address provided in your order. If you do not see or receive the receipt, your order was not submitted properly.

We work hard to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible, which means there is only a small window of time to change or cancel it. Please contact orders@lumoirskincare.com as soon as possible for help.

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, damaged or defective, etc.) please contact orders@lumoirskincare.com immediately so that we are able to assist you in resolving the issue. If an item is missing or damaged once your order arrives, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours. Please provide us with a photograph as proof and description of the missing or damaged items.

SHIPPING

LUMOIR ships to addresses in the fifty United States, excluding P.O. boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.

You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

For US customers:Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of product on the website. You will receive a notification email once the package has been accepted by the carrier. Once the package has left LUMOIR and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors.

For International customers: Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually, it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs or any additional taxes, fees or charges.

For US customers: In the US, we also can offer additional options for when you need it sooner with an added fee:
* Expedited (2-3 business days after processing)
* Express (2 business days after processing)

For International customers: We ship internationally through various carriers. We work with an outside vendor to calculate cost and offer the best possible delivery for your area.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All ingredients and information are disclosed on each product page. We accept returns for damaged goods up to 3 days after receiving your order. Please email orders@lumoirskincare.com for further assistance.
